 In the wee morning hours, the voice you hear is Charley McCain! She's got your back if you're workin' the graveyard, toolin' around the Triad late at night, or you just can't sleep.
A bit about Charley:
I was born and raised in a small town called Washington, IN that could easily be relocated to the Carolinas with no one knowing the difference (well, except it wouldn't be as FREAKING COLD in the winters!). I've been accused of being a Yankee because I am from Indiana, but obviously those people have never visited my hometown! There are rednecks from Indiana, too! The Carolinas welcomed me about 14 years ago, and though I have moved around a bit within the NC & SC borders, I don't intend to leave their confines anytime soon. I love the South...these are my people!
My mom loved country music and always had the radio on in the house, so I grew up being "forced" to listen to country legends like Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, and of course, Elvis. The appreciation of those and many others slowly developed, and now I am proud to say that I am a big Country music fan!! Of course it doesn't hurt that many of the men in Country are ahem, easy on the eyes...Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley, Billy Currington, Jake Owen, Tim McGraw...yes, I love country boys!
I'm a pretty easygoing chick that loves football (go Panthers!), NASCAR (whoo Dale Jr!) and icy cold beer. You'll learn much more about me when you stay up late with the Wolf After Midnight!
